Deep abdominal and back muscles are the foundation of all movement, as they are involved in every motion of the body. This class focuses on training these deep muscles, as well as the superficial muscles and body control. Core midsection training is suitable for beginners and long-term fitness enthusiasts. You can regulate the intensity of the workout during the class.

FASCIAMETHOD

FasciaMethod is a body maintenance method developed by Finnish physiotherapists. The FasciaMethod concept combines myofascial mobility training, dynamic targeted stretching for tight muscles, movement control training, and fascia treatment with a ball. The perspective is rehabilitative, including exercises for the most common musculoskeletal symptoms. FasciaMethod is suitable for everyone who wants to effectively improve their performance and promote their well-being.

UPPER BODY INTENSIVE TRAINING

A versatile upper body workout focusing especially on the muscles of the upper back, chest, and shoulders. This class also covers those smaller muscles of the body that often receive less attention. Join in to train for toned arms and a strong upper body!
